Starting over. This is the second time re-starting this blog. Any tips?
The idea is that you want to maintain your heart rate. If you rest for longer than about 30 seconds, your heart rate will start to slow, and you’ll have to work to bring it up again. You maintain a better burn when you maintain your high heart rate.
